Join P.I.E. and our sponsor The Enquirer on September 1, 2011 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. EST as Dr. John Box, Senior Vice President, Education for Junior Achievement USA™ and Dr. Jay Kayne, Cintas Chair of Entrepreneurship – Farmer School of Business at Miami University define “career ready” skills as part of a community forum at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, 441 Vine Street, Suite 300, Carew Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.  

Presented by Partnership for Innovation in Education (P.I.E.), the forum, titled “Prepared to Work:  Defining ‘Career Ready’ in the 21st Century,” will examine how school, business and community partners develop students so they are ready to enter the workforce.

Forum panelists include: Cincinnati Vice-Mayor Roxanne Qualls, University of Cincinnati Associate Dean Dr. Nelson Vincent, Accounting for Kids Founder and WNKU BusinessWise Radio Show Host Crystal Faulkner, and Cincinnati Public Schools Assistant Superintendent Dr. Anthony Smith.  Enquirer Media Columnist Krista Ramsey will moderate the panel discussion.

The forum is free and open to anyone interested in learning how entrepreneurial alliances are helping students succeed in today’s global workplace.
